Betty Thompson was the Head Teacher for a time at Little
Aden Primary School. She later married Brian Carling.
John Agnew, an Australian, was in Technical Services,
married Liz Hitt, a nurse at the Little Aden Hospital, and took her out to
Australia where he went into academia. He eventually became a Professor of
Chemical Engineering at Monash (Melbourne) and Adelaide Universities.
I cannot remember the name of the couple at our K3
(Bandar Sheikh) party, but I believe it is Ian Morrin who is seated nearest
the camera.
Peter Rowland was a chemist in Technical Services who,
like me, had been posted to Aden from Iraq. He married a Little Aden
Hospital nurse..
